We booked the Tikaltour and were very lucky to have Hugo as our driver and tour guide. The organization with the whole company was top notch from start to finish and we were very impressed with Hugo's knowledge. He was able to answer all our questions at an expert level and he was also very sympathic. The lunch was also very tasty - also for us vegetarians. The car was in really good condition. We did Tikal and ATM cave tours with Pcaz. Amazing experience. Both trips were phenomenal. Oscar was the guide for the ATM caves. He knows every step of the cave. Guided us where to put our legs and hands at the very rough spots. Explained everything well. Food was home cooked and fabulous.

For Tikal, we had Hugo. He is very informed about the ruins, history and maya traditions and beliefs and shared his wealth of knowledge. Drivers on both sides were very good. Transfers at the border were smooth and fast.

We did the ATM caves tour and the Tikal tour with Pacz.  For the ATM caves, Oscar was the guide and he is excellent. He is so experienced and seems to know every inch of the cave. Explained everything, including where to put your hands and feet for stability while going thru the caves. Highly recommend Oscar and Pacz for ATM caves. For the Tikal tour, the guide (I didn't catch his name) was another exceptionally great guy. Very well organized. Lunch was great. Touring the ATM Cave with Oscar of Pacz tours was unforgettable.  He is the ultimate guide: knowledgable, experienced, careful and humorous. The cave itself is incomparable. worth every penny and minute and travel time to get to San Ignacio. We are so glad we did it. Pacz tours did a great job!  We highly recommend them for the ATM and Tikal tours. We're in our 70's and felt like we were well taken care of.  The tour guides took us under their wings and made us feel safe the entire time.
